1 Onion, diced
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
⅛ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
6 Tbsp. Flour
2¼ C. Beef Broth
2 lbs. Cube Steak, cut into 1" pieces
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
Oil, just enough to brown meat

Directions:

Add the flour, salt, pepper and cayenne to a ziplock bag. Shake to combine and add the meat. Shake the ziplock bag to coat all the meat.
Heat the oil in your pressure cooker on saute and add the meat and brown on both sides, may need to brown meat in batches. Save the flour to make gravy later. remove the meat.
Once meat is browned, add a touch of the beef broth to the pot to deglaze the pan. Add the onions and saute until slightly browned then add the garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
Leave the veggies in the instant pot and add the meat on top. Take the remaining flour from the bag and sprinkle it over the top of the meat. Add the broth and stir.

set pressure cooker for 20 minutes and when done do a quick release.

Serve over rice, noodles or any type of zoodles
