200g cold butter cut into squares
150g plain flour
150g jumbo oats
175g soft light brown sugar

Two methods;

1 - For a chewy chunkier crumble
Put the butter and flour into a food processor and blend until like breadcrumbs (or rub together with your fingers). Stir in the sugar and oats until the mixture is doughy and lumpy.


2 - For a finer crumb
Put it all into a food processor and blend together.

Distribute over the fruit base.
