3 green peppers (chopped)
1 sm. can green chili pepper (chopped)
8 cups onion (chopped)
4 T. chili-powder
2 T. cumin
5 T. salt
1 1/2 t. garlic powder
1 sm. can tomatoe paste
6-8 Jalapeno pepper (chopped fine)
20 cups tomatoes (diced)
2-4 t. red pepper
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. white vinegar
3 T. cornstarch
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except tomato paste and corn starch, in large kettle. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Cook until vegetables are tender. Remove 3 cups and set aside to cool, then stir in 3 tablespoons corn starch and tomato paste, and stir in other mixture. Stir constantly. Bring to rolling boil. Pour in jars and seal.
**When handling the Jalapeno Peppers you want to take percautions to not touch the peppers with your bear hands because you can not wash it off easily, and it really burns if you touch your eyes; either wear rubber gloves or slip your hands into plastic bags and work with the peppers.
