½ c. Margarine
4 Tbsp. Cocoa
2 c. Sugar
½ c. Milk
Pinch of salt
3 c. Quick cook oatmeal
½ c. Peanut butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine, cocoa, sugar, milk and salt together in a large saucepan over med - high heat until boiling. Let boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, vanilla and oats. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper and refrigerate until hardened.
