1.5 lbs boneless pork chops cut into bite-sized pieces (make sure your chops are 1/2 to 3/4 in thick for the cooking times in this recipe)

10.75oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup

6oz box Store Top Stuffing

1 1/2c Chicken Broth (if you like moister stuffing, increase the broth to 2c)

Preheat your oven to 350º

In a bowl, mix stuffing and broth together and set aside

Place your cut pork chops in the bottom of a 9X13 baking dish

Pour soup over the pork and spread evenly

Once the stuffing has absorbed all of the chicken broth, spread evenly on top

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes

Remove foil and return the baking dish to the oven to cook for an additional 10 minutes until your pork is cooked through and the stuffing is slightly browned
