6 oz. no yolk noodles
2 tsp oil
4 cloves garlic sliced thin
12 oz. Fresh broccoli / chopped
1 T. butter
1 medium shallot / minced
3 T. flour
1 3/4 cups chicken broth
1 c. 1% milk
12 ounces cooked shredded rotisserie chicken
4 ounces shredded sharp cheddar ( Sargento )
cooking spray
3 T. Parmesan cheese
2 T. seasoned breadcrumbs

Directions:
1. Cook noodles , set aside
2. Heat garlic about 1 minute
3. Add broccoli, sauté about 3 minutes
4. Heat oven to 375. Lightly spray 9/ 13 casserole dish
5, heat butter add shallots
6. add flour, stir well. Slowly whisk in broth, then add milk, bring to boil until thickens
7. Remove from heat add cheddar and Parmesan
8. Add shredded chicken, noodles and broccoli to sauce.
9. Pour into a casserole dish and top with breadcrumbs.
10. Pray a little more cooking spray on top . Bake 30 minutes.
