1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons milk or soy milk
2 cups flour
1½ cups old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup add ins- craisins, chocolate chips, cappuccino chips etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease 2 (9 inch) round pans, set aside.
In bowl, beat together oil and sugars until combined.
Add eggs, baking soda, vanilla, cinnamon, slat and milk. Beat until smooth.
Reduce mixer speed to low, add flour then oats. Beat until just combined and a soft dough forms.
Divide the mixture between the prepared pans.
Bake 30 minutes, until center is just set (it it firm up out of oven, don't overbake.)
Cool completely before cutting. Cut each circle into 12 wedges.
Note: Can also use this recipe for cookies.
