1 8oz. Cream cheese, softened…
1 1/4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese…
1 pound of bulk mild, sweet or hot Italian sausage…

Directions:

Set oven at 400 degrees and turn on…
Mix all ingredients together, mix real well…
Form into 1 inch balls set on rimmed cookie that has been sprayed with Pam…
Bake for 20 minutes, test one for doneness and let rest,..

You can let them o
Cool down completely and freeze or serve them at room temperature.

Do not cook the sausage, just combine with rest and mix the form the sausage balls…

Enjoy, can serve with some hot sauce or ranch dressing or by themselves…
