4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon salt
1½ cups unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325.
Grease 9x13 inch pan well, set aside.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, on medium speed, beat together eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla and salt until smooth.
Reduce mixer speed to low. Add cocoa, then flour, beating to combine after each addition. The batter will be very thick and fudgy.
Pour batter into prepared pan, gently smooth top with spatula.
Bake 30-35 minutes, until top is just set.
Set aside to cool before cutting into squares.
Note: I have mixed by hand, comes out perfect.
