Cinnamon Buns Recipe

2 tablespoons yeast
2 cups lukewarm water
8-9 cups flour
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
½ cup sugar
½ tablespoon salt

Filling:
oil- for smearing
2 cup confectioners sugar
2 cup sugar
2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Put yeast and water into a bowl.
In a separate bowl put in the rest of the ingredients, add in the yeast once it starts bubbling.
Mix by hand (literally, put on gloves and mix).
Let rise for 1½ hours.

Prepare filling- mix confectioners sugar, sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl.

Line 9x13 pans with parchment paper. (2 or 3 pans)

When the dough is ready, divide into 2 balls.
Roll into rectangle- smear oil all over the dough, put filling on generously.
Roll up jelly roll style.
Slice the jelly roll and lay the cinnamon buns flat down in the prepared pans.
Keep them tightly packed to get oozing buns.
Bake 350 for 20 minutes, until they start to get golden on top.
Let cool, you can drizzle a glaze on top after.
Best fresh!
