Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pint whipping cream, whipped in blender
6 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
1 quart sweetened peaches

Directions:
Directions:
Whip cream in blender first and then add eggs plus a little whole milk plus the sugar and blend well. I pour in the freezer ½ of the mixture and then add the peaches plus sweetened condensed milk and blend just enough to chunk the peaches. I pour about ¾ of the mixture in the freezer and then add enough whole milk to help clean out the blender. If any more whole milk is needed just add to the freezer and enjoy. With cold ice and plenty of salt in a wooden churn you should have 1.5 gallons of good HEART ATTACK PEACH ICE CREAM

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I got this recipe from Jimmy Whatley. It is his version of P. Lynch Whatley's ice cream. I remember when we had the dairy farm, that they would turn off the agitator of the bulk milk tank and this would allow for the cream to rise to the top. After a bit someone would go to the tank and skim the cream off the top of the milk and this is what we used to make ice cream. This would make very rich ice cream.
