2 tbsp oil
2 chicken breast
2 ½ cups chicken broth
Salt and pepper
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 tsp Italian seasoning
10 lasagna noodles
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Directions:
Directions:
Fry diced chicken breast in oil with salt and pepper. Add chicken broth, cream, Italian seasoning and broken lasagna noodles. Simmer with a lid until noodles are cooked. Add mozzarella amd serve. Serves 4
