1 box orzo
1 large cucumer, peeled, seeded and diced
1 bunch green onions
1 container grape or cherry tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
3/4 bottle greek dressing
1 conainer feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook orzo as directed on package. Drain and toss hot pasta with dressing. Set aside. Chop the white part of green onions. Add with diced cucumber, tomatoes and chopped parsley. Stir in feta. Chill. This salad tastes better the next day so I always make it 12-24 hours ahead. I also adjust greek dressing, if needed, before serving.
