"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Spray an 8" or 9" pan with cooking spray. Gently stir the berries with sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Put in the baking pan. Combine flour, sugar and egg and mix until it looks like cornmeal. Sprinkle over the berries. Drizzle the melted butter over the top. Bake for 35-45 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I have used 2 lbs of berries and double the recipe for almost everything else. Then I bake it in a 9x13 pan. Use 1 stick of butter rather than 10 tablespoons. It baked for almost an hour.
