2 c flour
1 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt
1 c soft butter
1.5 c packed brown sugar
1 T honey
1 t vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c coconut
3/4 c Craisins
1/2 c white chocolate chips (or chocolate)
2 c oatmeal (regular or quick)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Sift dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add honey and vanilla and beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Add coconut, Craisins & chips. Add the dry and mix well. Form into 1" balls and bake on ungreased baking sheets for 13-15 minutes.
