2 Eggs
1/2 c all purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
2 c pecans, chopped
2/3 c butter

Directions:
Directions:
Grease generously 24 mini or 12 regular sized muffin cups.
In a medium bowl, beat the butter and eggs together, then stir in brown sugar, flour, and pecans. Stir until combined. Spoon batter into cups, about 2/3 full. Bake @350º for
12 -13 minutes for mini muffins or 15 -17 minutes for regular sized. Cool. Run a knife around the edge and pop out.
