8 cups water
1/2 cup kosher salt (or regular)
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme
1 tbsp molasses
1 tbsp white wine
1 tbsp Worcestershire

Directions:
Directions:
Fill 8 cup measuring cup with 4 cups hot water. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Add ice cubes and cold water till the 8 cup mark. Soak chicken for at least 2 hr and up to all day. Can use for pork chops and pork tenderloin as well.

I often just do the water, salt, sugar, and pepper. If it’s sitting all day it can get a little salty so you can adjust the salt to your liking.
