**I usually double this recipe**

1 lb crumbled sausage
8 oz block of cream cheese or 1 container tempted whipped cream cheese
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp garlic powder or to taste
2 pints mushrooms
Cayenne Pepper to taste
a bit of Romano cheese if you want

Directions:

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°

Step 2
Brown sausage in large skillet over medium heat and drain the grease

Step 3
Remove from heat and min in the cream cheese and garlic salt

Step 4
Wash or wipe mushrooms with paper towel and remove stems

Step 5
Fill with sausage mixture

Step 6
Arrange on rimmed baking sheet

Step 7
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
