1 1/4 stick butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch salt
3 tsp lemon extract
6 cups flour
1 pint sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°
Cream butter, add sugar, eggs, extract together
Mix in dry ingredients, alternately with sour cream into the butter mixture
Drop by tsp on ungreased cookie sheet
Cook for 10 minutes or until lightly browned
***Do not brown too much.
Use lemon glaze when cooled.

Lemon Glaze
2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons finely grated lemon zest, plus ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
Dip cookie tops in glaze
