1 small carrot, peeled
1 small, long turnip (daikon), peeled
1/4 c vinegar
1/4 c sugar
1/2 c salt

Directions:
Directions:
Shred the daikon and carrot into a bowl. Mix the vinegar, sugar and salt, pour over the vegetables and mix well. Can eat immediately. Store in a covered container and refrigerate.
