2c crushed pretzels
1/2 stick melted butter
1 1/4c sugar
1 8oz block of cream cheese, softened
1 8oz tub of cool whip, thawed
1 22oz can lemon pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400

Pretzel Crust:
- Combine crushed pretzels, 1/4c sugar, and 1/2 stick of melted butter.
- Pour into a parchment lined 9x11 pan and bake at 400 uncovered for 7-8 minutes. Let cool.

Filling:
- Combine cream cheese, lemons zest, and 1c sugar until we’ll combined.
- Fold in cool whip.
- Layer on pretzels after they cool
- Layer can of pie filling

- Refrigerate at least 4 hours, best overnight
