1 c flour
1/2 c melted butter
1/2 c chopped pecans
1/4 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened (Blue Bell is best)
12 oz. jar Caramel topping

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, butter pecans and brown sugar. spread on cookie sheet to 1/4" thickness. Bake @ 400º for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and slide into a mixing bowl while hot and crumble with a fork. Reserve 1/4 c for later and press the remainder into bottom and sides of a 9" pie pan. Pour 3/4 of the Caramel topping onto the bottom of the pie pan. Freeze for 1 hour. Spread the softened ice cream over the crust. Cover with foil and freeze another hour. Sprinkle half of the reserved crumbs over the ice cream. Caramel sauce. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Cover with foil and freeze until ready to serve. Sit out 5-10 minutes before cutting.
