1 1/4 Cup water
1 Cup all purpose flour
1/2 Cup cornstarch
1 tsp Baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients together in large bowl until smooth
2. Drop vegetables into batter and cover well
3. Drop into 375º oil for a couple minutes, depends on the vegetable being fried
4. Maintain oil temperature between 350º - 375º

Remainder of batter will store for 1 week, covered, in the refrigerator.

Then re-whisk the batter until well blended.
