2 eggs (beaten)
1 c. milk
2 2/3 c. flour
3 1/2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add dry ingredients to egg and milk. Mix just until ingredients are moist! Drop by T. into boiling broth (usually from cooked chicken). Simmer 10 minutes uncovered. Then cover and simmer 10 minutes more. Remove the dumplings from the chicken and broth into a bowl. Can thicken the broth and chicken slightly - like gravy.
