1 gallon bag of vegetable scraps
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
4 c water( or more, enough to cover all)

Directions:
Directions:
Begin by saving all the scraps(peels,ends,stems) from prepping tomatoes, celery, onions, potatoes, etc.
These can be placed in a gallon bag in the freezer till you have enough to can.

Put all ingredients in cheesecloth and place in crockpot. cook on low for 8-12 hours or till broth has reached desired potency.

Can in jars with pressure cooker at 10 PSI 30 min for pints and 35 for quarts.
