2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white corn sugar
1 t. soda
1 1/2 t. vanilla
20 c. popped corn (I use 25 cups)
2 sticks butter
1 t. salt
1 t. butter flavoring (important to be added)
peanuts (raw)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, butter, syrup and salt. Boil 5 minutes. Stir in soda and flavoring. Pour immediately over popped corn in a large roaster pan, and mix well. Put into 250 oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

This is a great tasting carmel corn. Fun to make around Halloween. Also, can make small bags for trick and treaters.
