1 1/2 blocks of butter
1 chopped onion - cut fine
1 celery stalk - cut fine
1 large can of pet milk
1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb of crabmeat or crawfish or shrimp (chop shrimp)
1/2 cup of flour

(If to greasy, you cut the butter or add more flour)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt: butter
Saute: chopped celery & onion
Add: flour

TURN OFF HEAT

Add: can of pet milk, 1/2 of cheddar cheese,
1 lb of seafood.

STIR WELL!

Place in a casserole dish
(Can sprinkle a litte cheese on top)
Heat in oven on 350 for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
