1 c. sugar
5 T. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Combine sugar, butter and milk in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add 1 cup chocolate chips. Stir to blend until smooth. Spread on cake or brownies.
**Double recipe for a large cake
