1 3/4 C. Flour
1 t. Baking Soda
1/2 t. Salt
2 Sticks of Butter
1 C. Packed Brown Sugar
2 T. Peanut Butter
3/4 C. White Sugar
2 Eggs
1 t. Vanilla
1/2 t. Cinnamon
3 C. Quick Oats
1 Bag Butterscotch Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven tov350º

In a small bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, set aside.

In the mixer, cream together butter, peanut butter, sugars and eggs. Add the vanilla.
Add in the flour mixture.
Gradually add the oats and butterscotch chips by hand.

Drop by the rounded tablespoon onto a prepared cookie sheet.

Bake for 9-12 minutes.
Cool on baking racks.
