1 med onion
4 Tbsp. margarine
4 cups cubed potatoes
2 cans evaporated milk
1 pound frozen shrimp, cooked,veined, and tailed
I pound haddock fillets
1-2 cups corn
Thyme, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Fry fillets in half of the margarine and set aside. Fry the onions in a large pot. Add potatoes, spices, and enough water to generously cover. Cook potatoes till tender but not soft. Add shrimp, fish( broken in chunks), and corn and simmer 10 minutes. Add milk and warm but don't boil. Add more spices if needed.
