½ c Crisco
½ c peanut butter
1½ c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
2 c flour

Mix. Bake at 350ºF for 8-10 minutes and eat them all right away because tomorrow they just won't be quite the same.
