Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 quart instant pot
1 4 litre jug whole milk
1 small container plain Greek yogurt
1/2-1 cup honey or sugar
1 tbsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
To your instant pot, add 1 jug milk. Close lid and use the yogurt “boil” setting. When IP beeps, check temperature. If it has not reached 180º set to “sauté”. Check often till it reaches 180º. Prepare cold bath—fill sink with cold water and ice. Place insert in sink till yogurt reaches 105-115º. Stir so it cools evenly, and skim off skin. Place insert back in IP and stir in yogurt. Select yogurt button until display reaches 7:00, and “normal”. I like to take out at 6 hours and 45 minutes approximately. When time is up dump yogurt into a tea towel lined colander, to drain off whey. I drain anywhere from 20 minutes to over an hour. Add honey or sugar and vanilla. Stir till smooth. Chill and enjoy for breakfast the next morning!
