1 egg
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup minus 2 tablespoons flour
¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons cocoa
¾ teaspoon baking powder
¾ teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
½ cup boiling water
½ cup pareve milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
In a bowl beat egg and add in oil.
Add in sugar.
In a separate bowl sift the dry ingredients together (flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt).
With mixer on low, add some of dry ingredients to egg mixture, then add in some water and milk. Add in more dry ingredients and remaining water and milk. Then add in the rest of dry ingredients.
Pour into 8" pan (you can double recipe for 9x13).
Bake for 25 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Let cake cool.
Crumble the cake up.
Add a tablespoon or less of frosting (chocolate or vanilla) and mix together by hand until a dough consistency forms.
Roll into balls (yields 12-14 cake pops)
Stick onto a cake pop stick and put in freezer to harden for a few minutes.
Dip into melted chocolate, sprinkles etc.
