1/2 cup salt
4 cups cabbage
4 cups green tomatoes
4 cups onion
12 green peppers
6 red peppers
2 T mustard seed
1 T celery seed
1 1/2 t turmeric
6 cups sugar
4 cups vinegar
2 cups water
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Grind the cabbage, tomatoes, onions and peppers with coarse blade of grinder. Let vegetables stand over night with 1/2 cup salt and enough water to cover. Drain and rinse well in clear water and drain thoroughly.
Combine all ingredients and bring to boiling point, simmer 3 minutes. Seal while hot.
