16 oz uncooked elbow pasta
4 cups chicken broth (I use vegetable broth)
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cups mild cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese. shredded
1 can of evaporated milk

Directions:

Add the pasta, broth, salt, and pepper to the Instant Pot

Place the lid on the pot and cook for 5 min. Quick release

Add the milk, cheese, and stirring in between each addition until smooth and creamy.
