Dry Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients:
1 cup buttermilk
4 Tbsp butter
4 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract

8 oz approx 2 cups blueberries

Preheat oven 390ºF
Line muffin tin with liners

Whisk Dry ingredients together

Whisk Wet ingredients together

Combine Wet & Dry - Make a well in the flour bowl, and pour in the wet mixture. Mix until just combined. Try not to stir more than 8 times. Some flour lumps in the batter are fine.
Add blueberries.
Fill muffin tins
Bake for 5 min, turn down oven to 350º
Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of the muffin comes out clean.

Remove to cooling rack.
