Banana Bars
11/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
11/2 c. mashed bananas (about 3 large)
2 t. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 t. salt
1t. baking soda chopped nuts, optional

Browned Butter Frosting
1/4 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
3 T. milk
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Grease a jelly roll pan. Combine sugar, sour cream, butter, and eggs. Beat until smooth. Add bananas and vanilla. Stir in flour, salt, and baking soda. Pour into prepared pan and bake 20-25 minutes until browned. Allow to cool. Make frosting by browning butter over low heat until a delicate brown. Remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla and whisk until smooth. Spread over cooled
