1 C Butterscotch Chips
1/2 C Butter
1 1/2 C Flour
2/3 C Brown Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
2 C Mini Marshmallows
2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 C Chopped Walnuts/Pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray

3. Add the butter & butterscotch chips to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave until smooth, stirring frequently. Do not over cook these! Just until melted completely.

4. Pour the butterscotch mixture into a large mixing bowl. Add the flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt.

5. Add the Vanilla and Eggs and stir until smooth.

6. Gently stir in the marshmallows, Chocolate Chips & nuts.

7. Spread into your prepared pan & bake for 20-25 minutes.

8. The CENTER WILL BE JIGGLY, but will become firm when cool.

NOTE: Please do not over bake these or they will not be as delicious as they should be !!!!!

I love this recipe because I do not need to use a mixer. Also, I use my mixing bowl to melt the butter & butterscotch chips in the microwave, so I only have one bowl to wash.
