1 box of Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuit mix..,
1 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature…
1 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese…
1 lb. sausage, uncooked, I use hot breakfast sausage, Jimmy Dean.
This is my preference, use what you want, regular breakfast is just as good, less heat.

Mix altogether and shape into 1 “ balls…
Put on a rimmed baking sheet at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, test one if you need it done more, try 2 or 3 more minutes.
The sausage balls should be browned well after 20 minutes, that’s when I test them.

They freeze well.
They seem to disappear very quickly, especially when watching football games and having a cold beer.
