Ingredients: 7 T melted butter 2T sugar 1T brown sugar 1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
Combine and press into 9" springform pan Set Aside
32 ounces cream cheese, room temperature 1c sugar 2/3 cup sour cream 4 eggs, room temperature, slightly beaten 1 tsp. vanilla 1/8 tsp salt 1/2 tsp. lemon zest 1/2 tsp, orange zest

Directions:Heat oven to 325 degreesē
Put cream cheese in large bowl and mix until creamy. Add sugar and zest and stir together Add sour cream, vanilla, zest and salt Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla
Do not over mix
Pour cheesecake mixture into spingform pan place on pan lined with foil. Bake for about 75 minutes. Edges will likely have slightly puffed and may have just begun to turn light golden brown. And the center should spring back to the tough but still be little jiggly. Remove from oven and cool10 minutes on top of oven. Then use a knife to gently loosen the crust from the springform pan Allow to cool 1-2 hours or til near room temperaature, Then refrigerate cooling at leat 6 hours. |
