Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Berry filling:
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries (cut into quarters)
1 cup blackberries
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 ½ Tbsp. cornstarch

Berry Crumble Topping:
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
1 cup flour
8 Tbsp. butter (cut into cubes)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place berries, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla in a bowl. Toss to coat. In a small bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, and sugar. Cut in 8 Tablespoons (1 cube) of cold butter, cut into cubes, with a fork or pastry cutter until it is combined. You may end up with chunks of butter and that is okay as the butter will melt in the oven. Place the berry mixture in a 9-inch baking dish. Top with crumble. Bake for 26-32 minutes or until the berry crisp is a light golden color and the berry juices starts to bubble. Let cool for at least 10-15 minutes before serving to allow it to set up. Serve with vanilla bean ice cream.
