7 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs (about 9 whole crackers)
3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 - 8oz. container cool whip
1 - 21 oz. can cherry pie filling

Directions:

Microwave butter for 30 seconds or until melted. Add graham cracker crumbs, sugar and mix well. Pat the crumb mixture firmly on the bottom of an 8" x 8" pan. In a large bowl mix cream cheese until smooth and lump free then add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix well. Add cool whip and cream cheese are combined but don't overwhip. Spread filling evenly over graham crust then spoon cherry pie filling evenly on top. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
