2 pound of ground meat

1 onion (small to large size onion depending on your taste)
1 can tomato soup
1 small can of tomato sauce
14 ounce bottle of plain barbecue sauce
14 ounce bottle of ketchup
1/2 teaspoon of dry or dijon mustard
2 teaspoons of brown sugar
salt,
pepper,
hot sauce
vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Sautê 1 onion with a teaspoon of olive oil in a medium size pot for 1 minute.

Add 2 pound of ground meat and continuing browning together.

Drain the meat and onion mixture and then add the meat/onion mixture back into the same pot

Add:
1 can tomato soup
1 small can of tomato sauce
14 ounce bottle of plain unsweetened/unflavored barbecue sauce
14 ounce bottle of ketchup
1/2 teaspoon of dry or dijon mustard
2 teaspoons of brown sugar

Add to taste;
salt
pepper
hot sauce
vinegar

Let ingredients stew on low heat for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour to thicken and intensify the flavor
