1 10.75 oz can of tomato soup
2 lb. shrimp, cooked and finely chopped
4 capfuls of liquid crab boil
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
3/4 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
3/4 c. green onions, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. cayenned pepper

Directions:
Boil shrimp with crab boil and just enough water to cover shrimp. In a medium sauce pat, bring tomato soup to boil. Add bell pepper, celery and green onions. Cook until tender, stirring constantly. Add cayenne pepper and salt. Add cream cheese and gelatin, then stir to combine ingredients well. Add mayonnaise and stir well. Fold in cooked shrimp. Taste for seasoning. Pour into mold and chill overnight. Unmold to serve.
