1 baked pie crust
1 1/2 cups asparagus, chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
3 eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fill crust with asparagus, feta, and mozzarella
In separate bowl, whisk eggs with cream and salt and pepper
Pour egg mixture over filled pie crust
Bake 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.

I used milk when I didn't have cream and it turned out fine

I also added 4 slices of deli ham, chopped.
