3 eggs
2 sticks margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2½ cups confectioners sugar
¼ cup cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except cocoa, mix until smooth dough is formed.
Divide dough in half, add cocoa to one half and mix into dough.
Divide each dough into 2. You should have 2 white, 2 brown.
Roll out each part onto floured aluminum foil.
Turn over each rolled out chocolate dough onto a rolled out white dough and peel off top sheet of foil.
Roll up cookie doughs jelly roll style. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate several hours.
Slice cookies ¼ inch thick and place on slightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes.
