2 10oz pkgs frozen broccoli (or fresh)
1 T lemon juice
1 C mayonnaise
2 C sliced cooked chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can milk
2 C shredded sharp cheddar
2 C saltine cracker crumbs
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Steam broccoli till al dente, place in greased 9x13 baking pan. Top broccoli with chicken. Combine soup, cheese, mayo, milk and lemon juice and pour over chicken.
Roll 2 sleeves of saltines till well crumbled then saute in butter and spread over casserole.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
