2 lbs frozen cubed has browns, thawed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 C onion, diced
2-10.75 oz cans cream of chicken soup
1 C sour cream
2 C cheddar cheese, grated
1 C bread crumbs
4 T butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Mix all ingredients in 3 quart baking dish.
3. Mix butter and bread crumbs, pour on top of potatoes.
4. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
