1 large roll of refrigerated sugar cookie dough
8 oz crean cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 C white sugar
Fruit, cut into slices, chunks (i.e. bananas, blueberries, grapes, strawberries, whatever you like)

Directions:

1. Press cookie dough into a pizza pan or cookie sheet. Bake according to package directions. Cool.
2. Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth
3. Spread in the crust.
4. Top with fruit.
