Chicken Tenders
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Salt
White Pepper
Salt Ground Ginger

Flour/Mochiko Mixture

Flour
Egg
Mineral Water

Butter
Honey
Soy Sauce
Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Season tenders by tossing in a bowl with spices.
Dredge chicken in seasoned flour/ mochiko mix. Set aside.
Add mineral water to seasoned flour to make a wet batter about the consistency of tempura batter. Make a dry seasoned flour mixture, add mineral water to make a shaggy dough. Dredge tenders in wet batter then into the shaggy dough pressing the dough onto the tender. Set to dry out.
Fry at 350º for 4-5 minutes.
Fry again 2-4 minutes

Make Sauce;
Melt butter, honey, soy sauce and sugar, heat thru, dip or drizzle over chicken.
